簡單化、實際化
誰說今年動盪不安　就不能找出自己的節奏？
總是要在一陣動盪不安、衝突與矛盾中跌跌撞撞看清楚自己的方向

試著讓自己不要想得太複雜　而不是不要去想


今日攝取腦內啡　果真有效　繼續跑步之旅
跑完大醫盃就結束了　我才不會那麼沒有持續力＝　＝
